Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Newnan, GA

The male check in clerk working nights on 2/18/26 was great. Made checking in easy and provided great Customer service, room was better than most paces I’ve been. Would come back again.

The rooms are large, beds are comfortable and have always been clean. Service is friendly and breakfast is better than most hotels. Location is near several good shopping areas and restaurants.

Staff at front desk during check-in was amazing. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure was good and towels were soft. Mini fridge kept foods cold. Some general area, maintenance necessary, but overall great value for the money.

I only made my reservation about fifteen minutes before arriving. They had my reservation. The gentleman was very nice and very informative about the property. It was also nice to be served cookies upon arrival. Hot and cold breakfast buffet had all the basic and the hot food was hot, and the cold food was cold. They also serve Seattle's best coffee..

I stayed at this hotel last weekend for four nights. The staff was excellent, and the owner was pleasant to speak with. The complimentary breakfast was reasonable and appreciated each morning. However, the main issue I faced was with housekeeping. The room was only cleaned once during my entire four-night stay, which is not acceptable. Additionally, a cleaning cloth was left behind in the washroom. This area definitely needs much improvement. I also noticed some staff members sitting in the back room, loudly arguing with someone over the phone, which seemed unprofessional. Overall, a decent stay—but the room cleaning standards must be improved for a better guest experience.

Indoor pool is long enough which is unique feature making the hotel fee unbelievable afordable. The guy at the front desk is the best I experienced in the world! Room has four light stands, three chair/stools, big screen TV, microwave, etc. To me, it was enough!

Only complaint is the bar soap is too small and hard to hold and breaks quickly. There was no bread for toast for breakfast, but potatoes were good. There were bagels, muffins and biscuits. They had waffles. Hotel is a little dated, but quality and cleanliness good. Great indoor pool. Cookies on arrival. They even have "Sleepy time Tea" by their coffee. Do wish they had French Vanilla creamer, but had orange spice tea instead. Tub is flat and safe. Really a good choice when in the area.

Room was a bit stuffy when we checked in. Q came up and sprayed air freshener. Smell quickly went away. Beds are very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was great! Q let me get a little cereal after breakfast for my grandson who has autism. He was about to have a meltdown but Q saved the day. I’ll definitely stay there when I go back to Newnan.
